Circle of Light offers four possible wedding packages to meet the needs and desires of all of our brides and grooms.
The Wedding Vows
If you are looking for the wedding service only -- for two or for family and a few friends, see THE WEDDING VOWS. This service is for up to 25 people and is available weekday afternoons or at sunset but not on Friday evenings or all-day Saturdays.
If you wish to have cake and toasting with your service, have a look at both AN ELEGANT ELOPEMENT FOR TWO and AN ELEGANT ELOPEMENT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS (up to 20 people). Both Elopement packages are available weekday afternoons and weekday sunsets. The Elopement with Family and Friends can also be scheduled on Saturday mornings. With that exception, Friday evening and Saturdays are reserved for the Eternal Circle package.
If you wish to have a full Wedding with Reception, please see ETERNAL CIRCLE WEDDING. The Eternal Circle may be scheduled at any time.
Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
Our beautiful God-centered wedding ceremony for up to 25 people, including bride and groom. The Wedding Vows includes minister, candles, music- in your choice of location (Sunset Room, Circle Deck or Chapel). Loan of a pretty white and cream silk bridal bouquet if you wish. We can also order fresh flowers of your desire. The lighting of the Unity Candle.
This service may be scheduled on weekday afternoons or at sunset and Friday afternoons. Not offered on Friday evenings and Saturdays. One hour allotted.
For over 10 people up to 25 please add an additional $35.
Digital photography available for an additional $75 (35 pictures) for 10 people or $95 (65 pictures) for over 10 people.
Our beautiful God-centered service for bride and groom only in your choice of location (Sunset Room, Circle Deck, Chapel). Includes minister, candles and music, followed by a mini-reception with a beautifully decorated one tier cake and toasting. Choice of champagne [spumante] or sparkling juice.
Offered weekday times including sunset. Not Friday evening or Saturdays. One hour allotted.

Our beautiful God-centered service for up to 20 people in your choice of location (Sunset Room, Circle Deck, Chapel) includes minister, candles and music, followed by a mini-reception with a beautifully decorated one tier cake. Toasting by the bride and groom and guests (choice of champagne [spumante] or sparkling juice and punch).
Offered afternoons or at sunset during the week and Saturday mornings. Not Friday evenings or Saturday afternoon and evening. One hour and a half allotted.

Our beautiful God-centered Wedding Ceremony with minister, candles, music at your choice of locations (Sunset Room, Circle Deck or Chapel) is followed by a full Reception for the wedding party and guests in the Reception and Sunset Rooms. Deck and gardens are also available. Two decorated wedding tables plus a gift table. Two tier decorated wedding cake (3-tier for larger receptions); champagne or sparkling juice for the toast and for the guests, as well as mixed nuts, our special wedding mints (little roses in white chocolate), and delicious punch in a crystal punch bowl, full coffee and tea service. Bride and groom may enjoy a first dance as well as the tossing of the bouquet and removal of the garter, if desired. Two hours allotted.
Included in the Eternal Circle Wedding are bridal bouquet for the bride and boutonniere for the groom (many choices of fresh or silk flowers); digital photography with professional equipment (up to 65 exposures included, more available); our lovely toasting glasses as a keepsake; the use of the bubble machine upon departure.
The Eternal Circle Wedding may be scheduled any time except Sunday. Friday and Saturday sunsets you are required to book a minimum of 20.
Add $9 for each additional person over ten.
We have an excellent caterer available to serve food if you wish. In the event that food is served, we do ask you to book extra time. We can also provide a DJ for dancing or other musical entertainment.
Children get married, too! Ask us about our special Family Service for children with the Family Medallion.
We are able to accommodate 65 people in the Chapel or on the Circle Deck and 25 people in the Sunset Room. At all weddings, children not in arms are counted as guests. Bride, groom and wedding party may come half an hour before the time of the wedding and use our dressing rooms. We do not have changing rooms for guests.
All brides and grooms receive a copy of their service on parchment as a keepsake.
We are happy to arrange a time for you to view Circle of Light. Please call us at 877-825-4448. We are not open on Sundays.
Digital Photography. We have excellent professional equipment and years of wedding experience. 65 pictures digital = $95. 35 pictures digital (small weddings) = $75. Additional photos over this are $1.00 each. We send you a CD within the next week.

Flowers: Our florist can create almost any kind of bouquet you may desire. Some popular choices are 6 roses hand-tied; seasonal bouquet; oriental or stargazer lilies, calla lilies. Catering. We have a fabulous caterer who can make hot or cold hors d’oeuvres. Ask us for a catering list. Extra time must be booked for serving food during weddings. Private dinners can also be arranged. Ask us. All food at Circle of Light is served buffet.
Hair Styling. We can assist with a salon. Expert in bridal styles, makeup. Call East Gate Salon at 479-253-6084.
The Family Medallion. This is a beautiful way to include your children, for they too are getting married. During the service, they receive a medallion with three intertwining circles representing parents and child. A little keepsake box is included which has space for a picture. Silver plate $35. Call for prices on gold and sterling silver.
Flower Girl Basket and Petals: $20 (live petals match your bouquet)
The Bubble Machine: Create magic bubbles as an accompaniment to your departure or to your dancing time on the deck. Festive and looks wonderful on video. $15
Wedding Music: If you would like to have live music, we can assist in finding local musicians, including a strolling violinist. Have a look at quintessentmusic.com.
